Purchases made on this website can be paid for by credit card.
DELIVERY METHOD AND SHIPPING COSTS
The products are sent to the customer within 48 working hours in Spain.
Delivery is free in Spain for orders including 3 or more products.
If 1 product is purchased, shipping costs 4 €. For the Balearic Islands, the cost is 6 € and for Europe 10€
If 2 products are purchased, shipping costs 2 €. In the case of the Balearic Islands, the cost is 4 € and for Europe 10€.
Each delivery is considered to have been made once the carrier has made the product available to the customer and this has been recorded in the control system used.
The customer, at the moment of receiving the products, must check that the merchandise corresponds to his purchase and that its presentation, condition, documentation and packaging are correct. It is then that the customer must state his complaint on the delivery note and communicate it within 24 hours of receiving the goods.
The customer also has the possibility of rejecting the package if it has been opened or if it has obvious signs of deterioration.
